Philosophy of Care
Dr. Sauder is passionate about helping women and men with breast cancer in all its' myriad forms. As a breast surgeon, she works as a partner with women and their families to provide excellent care in a compassionate and respectful environment.
She believes that a focused multi-disciplinary approach, including surgical oncology, medical oncology, radiation oncology, genetics, and plastic surgery results in the best long term outcomes for her patients.
Dr. Sauder is a fellowship trained breast surgeon who specializes in all areas of breast surgical care. She provides comprehensive breast cancer care using the least invasive methods of treatment following oncoplastic principles, often times in conjunction with her plastic surgery colleagues.
Dr. Sauder's academic interests include: surgical education, application of teaching techniques to surgical trainees, triple negative breast cancer, and premenopausal breast cancer patients.
