Philosophy of Care

Dr. Hedayati works closely with her patients to establish a foundation of trust and optimizes their cardiovascular risk factor modifications and preventative care. She thoroughly discusses surgical and non-surgical options with patients and families so informed decisions are made as a team.

Clinical Interests

Dr. Hedayati's practice is focused on all aspects of vascular disease including treatment of venous disease and varicose veins, peripheral arterial disease, abdominal aortic aneurysm, and carotid artery disease. She uses the latest office-based non-invasive technologies to treat varicose veins and the latest endovascular as well as open surgical techniques for treatment of peripheral arterial disease, carotid artery disease, and abdominal aortic aneurysm. 

Research/Academic Interests

Dr. Hedayati's research has focused on outcomes of minimally invasive endovascular peripheral arterial interventions compared to open bypass operations, treatment of patients with arterial and venous insufficiency. She is also interested in exploring outcomes of stem cell therapy for patients with peripheral arterial disease.
